Welcome to Monetool (“Monetool”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Monetool. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2) Account registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

3) Use of the Services

You agree to use Monetool only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Use the Services in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or network;
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without permission;
Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content;
Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) without written consent.

4) Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and software associated with Monetool are the property of Monetool or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

5) User content

You may upload or submit content while using the Services (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content, but grant Monetool a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any laws. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove content that we believe violates these Terms.

6) Subscription, payments, and refunds

Some Monetool features may require payment or subscription. Prices, plans, and payment terms will be displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time; however, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

7) Third-party services

Monetool may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for those third-party services and do not endorse or assume liability for their content, actions, or policies. Use them at your own risk and review their respective terms and privacy policies.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is harmful to other users or Monetool. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Monetool does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monetool and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Monetool’s total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Services during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monetool and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

12) Privacy

Your use of Monetool is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

13) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lithuania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
